You know how they say the grass is always greener on the other side? Nobody understands this more than women with naturally large breasts! Sometimes, you don't want your chest to be the center of attention. Don't worry - there are ways to make your chest appear smaller without resorting to surgery. We'll share a few tips with you here.
1. Have your bra fitted.
Go to a good department store, and have this done professionally. Wearing a bra that is too small will do nothing but make it look like you've squeezed the girls into a bra that's too small.
Wear a minimizer bra instead. These will redistribute your breast tissue and can take a couple inches off your bust line—clothes will fit better, your blouse won't gap, and you'll still be comfortable.
Have yourself fitted occasionally to make sure you're always fitted properly.
Another option is to wear a sports bra instead of a normal bra. For exercise and fitness routines, they're a wonder, but keep in mind that these are designed primarily to limit breast movement, not flatter your figure.
2. Wear darker colors.
Just like wearing solid dark colors will slim the look of your body, so will they minimize the impact of your breasts.
A well-fitted black blazer is a great all-around business look.
A black dress for evening wear slims you, accessorizes well, and is always in style.
3. Wear the right top.
The blouses and sweaters you wear can go a long way to minimizing your bust. Try these:
Wear V-neck sweaters. Worn with a minimizing bra or a plain scoop neck, these can be quite flattering.
Cardigans are your best friend. They draw the eyes away, and their long, straight lines minimize your curves.
4. Do chest exercises.
Weight lifting, pull-ups, and push-ups strengthen the muscles in your chest and can make your breasts seem smaller.
Exercise also has the benefit of reducing weight which will, in turn, reduce your breast size.
